Things to battle anxiety without help from anyone

Suffering from anxiety is a common thing which individuals do have. Anxiety is a not a mental disorder, just some frustration and anger. Perhaps, due to workload and stress in corporate sector, anxiety is normal. Meanwhile, not discussing with anyone anxiety leads to depression.  Severe depression killed the soul and mind of the person. The individual person starts thinking, that he is not capable of doing anything. He is all left alone and prone fell for drugs and suicide.  Furthermore, anxiety attack is intermixed with phobia. As a result, being in anxiety you didn’t talk to anyone. Well, without the help from anyone you can tackle your anxiety with these small things.

  1. Start helping other people

Everyone deal with anxiety and depression in different ways. Some introvert believe in hiding it whereas extrovert simply discuss their problems. The easiest way to overcome with anxiety is to ask others if they need help. Moreover, it will help you to be engaged with other people easily.

  1. Understand things

Be open minded and don’t expect people that they will understand your anxiety disorder. Moreover, their critical response and judgement will make you approach to panic attack. However, its good if you just understand the things in clear vision. Believe me, you will express your feelings.

  1. Take different hobbies over weekend

Make yourself a priority that you are important for yourself. Perhaps, the best way to kill anxiety disorder is to take several hobbies as your leisure time. The more engage you will be, the less you will over think about others.

  1. Don’t make issues of small things

Yeah, sometime due to disturbed mental illness, you make a fuss over small things. Take a breath and let off the air. Get a glimpse of your environment before reacting. Practice self control over anger and utilize that energy on your goals and aims.

  1. Develop positiveness in your mind

Life is a journey with ups and downs; however you need to be positive in each condition. Moreover, an aura of happiness and positivism will be created around yourself. You will not be required to dependent on others to kill your anxiety disorder.
